These hare the hats that end up living in your beach bag, your car, the gook by the door. The ones you grab without thinking because Rockaway weather doesn’t ask for permission.
Embroidered by hand. Worn everywhere.
Boardwalk mornings. Ferry rides. Iced coffee runs that somehow turn into beach days.
Summer is loud.
The rest of the year is wind & familiar faces.
Same ocean. Same rhythm.

No shop or carts out there this summer.
Things shifted after the pandemic- the cost, the set up, the structure.
Still living in Rockaway. Still making art. Just works differently now.
